 Your beliefs create your reality. By learning to shift your beliefs, you can shift your reality in unprecedented ways. 

Your beliefs, even unconscious beliefs, can run your life unnoticed. They can hold you back from living the life you'd like to live. Addressing this can be a top missing ingredient for people who are looking to change their lives for the greater.

For example, someone with a belief that money is difficult to come by will often find themselves working hard for small amounts of money. Even if they shift their external circumstances, they may still find themselves struggling. This acts as confirmation of their belief, which they then state as reality. However, if that person were to truly look around, they would see that plenty of people have ease with money and a whole variety of beliefs around what it means to generate and receive it.

If they were to identify the beliefs holding them back and shift them to something lighter, such as, “Money is easy and fun for me!” or “Money flows to me with ease and grace!” they would see their reality shift to match their new outlook - especially when used alongside other energy work tools.
